1.make a long line its up to you how long

2.at the first block put a dispenser on it and a lever on the dispenser

3.put another dispenser at the end of the line

4.put powered rails on the line even on the dispenser

5.destroy 1 rail wich is 1 block away from the dispenser like the picture above

6.finally fill the first dispenser with minecarts and arrows at the other 1
