Epic sword command!

Command:/give @p minecraft:diamond_sword 1 0 {ench:[id:19,lvl:7},{id:16,lvl10000}],display:{name:"Ares' blade of war",Lore:[forged by dread_anchor"]}}

How is this even possble?

Ok so clearly this is a mod.... WAIT its not a mod its a resource pack! HOW? Since 1.8 there's been a few thing buffed up and one of them is this the resource pack! and some other commands... but yea HYPIXEL does use this things alot example:galaxy wars, warlords and turbo kart racing. so yea the list of servers that use this 1.8 resource pack and i've played here ya go (this will update when i play other servers that uses this resource pack) :
